We exercise the utmost care in cleaning and processing garments entrusted to us and use such processes which, in our opinion, are best suited to the nature and conditions of each individual garment. Nevertheless, we cannot assume responsibility for inherent weaknesses or defects in materials which may result in tears or development of small holes in fabric that are not readily apparent prior to processing. In dry-cleaning and laundering we can not guarantee against color loss, color bleeding, and shrinkage; or against damage to weak and tender fabrics. Royal Cleaners liability with respect to any damaged items shall not exceed ten (10) times our charge for cleaning that garment regardless of brand or condition.
Given the delicate nature of some leathers and suedes, all leather and suede garments are cleaned entirely at your own risk, and we do not accept any responsibility or liability for any damage or fading as a result of the dry-cleaning process.
We exercise great care in processing your articles and use methods best suited to the nature and condition of each article. We clean in accordance with the care label instructions. In the absence of this we will consult you but not be liable in the event that the chosen method damages your clothes.
Please check all of your garments for money, jewellry or other valuables prior to depositing them with us. If we find any valuables in your garments, we will make every effort to return them to you but we cannot be held liable for the loss of any such articles that are forwarded to us.
Within three (3) days after delivery, you may return any dry-cleaned items if you are not completely satisfied with the quality of our cleaning, and we will re-clean them free of charge.

Royal Cleaners exercises the utmost care in processing clothing items received, to avoid misplacement or loss of items. However, there will be instances where items may get misplaced or lost. As such, differences in the count of items must be reported within 24 hours of delivery. Royal Cleaners liability with respect to any lost item shall not exceed ten (10) times our charge for cleaning that garment regardless of brand or condition.
Despite our intent to identify problem garments in advance, we cannot assume responsibility for inherent weaknesses/ defects in materials that are not apparent prior to cleaning. We are not responsible for sun fading, color loss due to non fastness, wear and tear and shrinkage.
We aim to remove all stains but in some cases this is not possible. The chances of stain removal are reduced if any non-professional techniques have been applied such as the use of water or soda.
We treat problematic stains with great caution but sometimes to achieve results we need to use harsher techniques and chemicals. Should the need arise we will contact you before going ahead as certain stain removals can only be done at the customers own risk. We may not be able to guarantee the results.
We will use your customer information in the regular course of providing services to you. We respect your privacy and warrant that any information you give us will be held with the utmost care and security, and will not be used in ways to which you have not consented.
Providing us with correct and up to date personal information allows us to better serve you by contacting you about any issues which may arise during the handling of your garments and mailing to you special promotional materials.
